In the Indian Premier League 2024 match against Lucknow Super Giants, Faf du Plessis has opted to bowl first

Faf du Plessis won the toss and opted to bowl first against the Lucknow Super Giants in the 2024 edition of the Indian Premier League. According to Faf du Plessis, the pitch is good, but it will be slow in the first innings, and the ball will come nicely onto the bat in the second. He also mentioned that they need to perform better in the powerplay overs. Topley has replaced Alzarri Joseph.
