Kolkata Knight Riders have announced Phil Salt as a replacement for Jason Roy, who withdrew from the Indian Premier League 2024 due to personal reasons. Salt, who represented Delhi Capitals in the previous season, was unsold in the auction. This will be Salt's second season in the tournament.
