Dhoni lost his cool and threatened to throw a water bottle in front of a cameraman

Fans would like to see a glimpse of MS Dhoni in the IPL 2024. The moment he appears on the big screen, or he comes out for practice sessions, fielding, or batting, the fans go wild. The noise levels have been so high that Quinton de Kock’s wife had to complain about temporary hearing loss when the former CSK captain came out of the dressing room to bat in the LSG vs CSK game in Lucknow.

In addition to the other duties, the cameraman has been instructed to follow Dhoni wherever he goes. This includes capturing footage of Dhoni eating, observing the game, preparing for his next move, and conversing with his teammates.

During a crucial point in the match on Monday between CSK and Lucknow Super Giants at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, the cameraman failed to maintain focus. This resulted in a loss of composure from Dhoni. He threatened the individual with the water bottle before the cameraman realised his mistake and began focusing on the match proceedings.

Gaikwad achieved a personal milestone by becoming the first CSK captain ever to score a hundred in IPL. He accumulated an unbeaten 108 off 60 balls, while Dube amassed 66 off 27 balls. The two players combined to form a formidable partnership, contributing to the hosts' total of 210 for four.

This was the third-highest fourth-wicket stand for the Men in Yellow, following 109* between MS Dhoni and S Badrinath in 2010 and 108* between Dhoni and Mike Hussey in 2014.

Dhoni came out to bat with just two balls left and hit a four on the only delivery he faced. Meanwhile, Marus Stoinis’ 124 runs resulted in a victory for LSG by 6 wickets.
