R Ashwin has requested Janhvi Kapoor for tickets to the CSK vs RCB match, but there is a twist

Ravichandran Ashwin is one of the few cricket celebrities to have his own Twitter account. The off-spinner has a great sense of humour. He occasionally interacts with fans.

He is eagerly anticipating the IPL 2024 opening match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore, which will be played on March 22 in Chennai.

However, he has expressed concern as his daughters are keen to attend the game, but he has yet to secure tickets for them. In a recent Twitter post, Ashwin engaged with a parody account of Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor regarding X. Although he knew he was conversing with a fake Janhvi, he still replied.

“Thank you Ashwin sir for the Box ticket for #CSKvRCB . Love to see Thala and King in Chepauk soon. #csktickets,” the account holder wrote. Ashwin gave a witty response:

“The least I can do for you😍😍. Btw can you send me those G stand tickets in return for what I have done for you?”

Ashwin, a player from Tamil Nadu, has played cricket for both the state team and Chennai Super Kings. He is known for his ability to take wickets and will be playing for Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2024.

Recently, he played his 100th Test match for India against England in Dharamsala, where he also achieved the milestone of taking 500 Test wickets.
