The schedule of LIT20 was announced

The schedule for the inaugural Legends Intercontinental T20 (LIT20) league was revealed on Saturday. Set to run from August 18 to August 30, 2024, this debut tournament will feature top teams and players from various regions, offering an exciting spectacle for cricket enthusiasts, according to the LIT20 release. The league will see seven teams vying for the prestigious trophy: Indo Kings, Asian Avengers, Euro Rangers, American Mavericks, Trans-Tasman Titans, African Lions, and Caribbean Vikings.

The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with the top four teams advancing to the knockout stage, as stated in the release.

The competition will consist of 24 matches, with two games scheduled each day. The Indo Kings will face the Asian Avengers in the opening match, while the final league game will see the Trans-Tasman Titans take on the African Lions on August 28. The semi-finals are set for August 29, and the grand final will be held on August 30.
