Warm-up matches for the T20 World Cup 2024: India vs. Bangladesh. No fixtures for Pakistan and England

In contrast, Pakistan and England do not have any warm-up matches before their upcoming four-match Twenty20 International series this month.

The T20 World Cup, which will begin in June in the USA and the Caribbean, has warm-up matches, which were announced by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Thursday.

Prior to the highly anticipated event on June 1, the Rohit Sharma-led Indian team's only practice match will be against Bangladesh. The game's location has not yet been announced. The match will conclude the 16 preparation games for the competition.

In contrast, Pakistan and England do not have any warm-up matches before their upcoming four-match Twenty20 International series this month.

“In a departure from the previous cycle, teams can now choose to play up to two warm-up matches, depending on their arrival time at the event,” the ICC wrote in their press release. “These warm-up fixtures will be 20 overs per side and will not have international T20 status, allowing teams to field all members of their 15-player squad.”

Other noteworthy matches include South Africa's intra-squad match in Florida on May 29 and Australia's match against co-hosts West Indies on May 30 in Trinidad and Tobago.
