The Lucknow Super Giants have provided the update on the anticipated return of Mayank Yadav

In a recent social media post, LSG has announced the highly-anticipated return of fast bowler Mayank Yadav. Lucknow’s bowling coach, Morne Morkel, has confirmed that Mayank is fit and available for the match against MI at Ekana Stadium, Lucknow on April 30, Tuesday. Mayank was unavailable for LSG’s last five games, and fans will be keen to see him return to the side.

The official social media account of the LSG franchise published a video of Mayank roaring to the popular Vikram Vedha soundtrack "Karuppu Vellai." The video's caption included a timer emoji.

There is a possibility that fast bowler Mayank may not be able to return to the team for some time. The dynamic pacer made a splash in his debut against PBKS, showcasing his blistering speed. In his inaugural match, Mayank secured three wickets and was named Player of the Match. However, it was his remarkable pace that commanded attention. Mayank consistently achieved speeds in excess of 150 km/h in his four overs, showcasing his exceptional talent.

He has achieved a speed of 156.7 km/h during the current season. Mr. Yadav was awarded back-to-back Player of the Match accolades after taking three wickets against RCB.

During the match against GT, the LSG pacer was unable to complete his scheduled one over due to an injury. In that single over, he conceded 13 runs.

Prior to LSG’s match against MI, coach Morkel provided an encouraging update on Mayank’s fitness. He stated that Mayank had passed all fitness tests and would potentially return to the playing squad against MI.
