The wicket-keeper Robin Minz of Gujarat Titans survived a fatal bike accident and is currently under observation

Robin Minz, the wicketkeeper-batter for Gujarat Titans, survived a serious bike accident on Saturday. The 21-year-old is currently under observation after losing control of his Kawasaki Superbike when it collided with another bike. Fortunately, he only suffered minor bruises. According to his father, Francis Minz, Robin is doing well and is expected to make a full recovery.

The front half of his bicycle is severely damaged, and the player has bruises on his right knee.

He recently played for Jharkhand in the Col CK Nayudu Trophy quarter-final against Karnataka. Although he scored 137 runs, Karnataka eliminated his team based on the lead in the first innings.

It is unclear whether Minz will join GT for the pre-season camp ahead of IPL 2024, and if so, whether there will be any delay.

The team acquired the aggressive batter for INR 3.6 crore during the mini-auction in 2023. After the fourth Test against England, Gujarat's new captain, Shubman Gill, met with his father before departing Ranchi.

Francis Minz, a security guard at the Ranchi airport, had the opportunity to meet all of the Indian players.
