Women's T20 World Cup 2024 In UAE

The Women's T20 World Cup 2024 is fast approaching, with 10 teams set to compete for the title in the United Arab Emirates. Originally it was scheduled to be hosted in Bangladesh from 3 to 20 October 2024. However, it has now been relocated to the United Arab Emirates for the same dates due to ongoing political unrest in Bangladesh (Anti-government protestors). Australia, the defending champions, will face tough competition as they are grouped with Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, and New Zealand in Group A. Group B consists of Bangladesh, South Africa, England, Scotland, and the West Indies.

Group A:

Australia Women:

- Squad: Alyssa Healy (c), Darcie Brown, Ash Gardner, Kim Garth, Grace Harris, Alana King, Phoebe Litchfield, Tahlia McGrath (vc), Sophie Molineux, Beth Mooney, Ellyse Perry, Megan Schutt, Annabel Sutherland, Tayla Vlaeminck, Georgia Wareham.
